I'm Nikki, a CIMSPA Registered Personal Trainer working in the Tendring area of Essex. I moved back to the UK in 2018 after studying for Certificate III and IV Sport and Fitness in Australia, and continue to train clients globally.

I've had my fair share of health concerns and so keeping myself fit and healthy is something I strive for in myself.
